1.What are your hours of operation?
For your convenience our Account Managers are available to serve you Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (PST) ,or you can place your entire order online.
2. Are your prices in US dollars?
All prices appearing on the website are in United States Dollars.
3. How long will it take to get my order?
Your order is shipped the same day and you should receive your order within 3-12 business days.
4. Who is the manufacturer of your products?
We guarantee that the product(s) we send you are manufactured by FDA approved, international manufacturers. The Synvisc we sell is manufactured by Genzyme, Hyalgan is manufactured by Fidia, Restylane is manufactured by Q-Med.
5. Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transaction secure. Our website utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized internet access.
6. Are there any other payment methods?
In addition to credit cards (Mastercard, Visa), we accept the following additional payment options: Money Order/Checks, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and 30 day billing. If you need, we can bill to a central purchasing group/agent and ship to a separate clinic. We work the way you do. We leave you in control of your purchasing decisions.
7. Why is the price different from the last time that I ordered?
Due to market fluctuations, prices may change from time to time.
8. Do you ship to Canada?
At this point in time we do not ship any of our products to Canada.
9. Do I need a prescription?
No prescription is required on all our Orthopedic and Dermatology medications. However a valid prescription is required for our Oncology orders.
10. Who can purchase the products?
All products purchased must be administered by a trained and qualified professional.
